Her mastery of complex claims data, coupled with her remarkable speed, precision and analytical depth, has elevated the quality and impact of our research across multiple UF teams. Whether strengthening a grant proposal through painstaking data validation or serving as the go‑to expert for data workflows and troubleshooting, Jiahang approaches every challenge with curiosity, humility and a “can‑do” spirit. Her dedication, generosity and commitment to continuous growth have made her an indispensable member of our department, and her positive impact has already surpassed the expectations of any first‑year team member. Jiahang embodies the very essence of a Rookie of the Year—exceptionally skilled, deeply collaborative, and consistently going above and beyond to advance our mission.
